More yordles? You betcha. Here's another one I did for a good friend of mine and again from League of Legends, except this time it's an already existing champion rather than an idea for a brand new one; Poppy the Iron Ambassador. If you play the game you most likely already know who that is, and if you doesn't then it's a short, blue girl with a giant shield who whacks people with a giant hammer.
Anyhow, my aforementioned good friend wanted me to paint her as a samurai. For the armour that was no problem and actually pretty fun to do, but the weapons were more of a wild shot as it doesn't seem like shields and war hammers made much of an appearance in the Japanese feudal period and the samurai sure didn't use either. But hammer and shield is what Poppy uses, so that's what Poppy gets.
Yeah! I'm well aware that shields were pretty much not really a thing in feudal Japan, least of all for samurais, but giving her a hammer and a gong felt like a comical way to make it work.
